License Options
TSE is licensed per concurrent user. Your software licences are delivered as a Base Key and additional Expansion Keys. One Base Key is required per Server Team. A server team is a TSE solution that is a combination of the following:
- One or more TSE Application Servers installed on Windows Terminal Servers
- One or more TSE Web Servers installed on Microsoft IIS web servers
- One or more TSE Load Balancers installed on Windows
- One or more TSE Relay Servers
The minimum initial order for each server team is 5 users and you can order any number of users greater than 5, and order more at a later date as you expand. Please keep your Base Key in a safe place as you will need this each time you need to order more Expansion Keys.
Expanding Your Server Team
When you require additional user licenses, simply quote your Base Key and the number of additional users required and a combination of Expansion Keys will be provided against the total number of users you require.
Base Key Activation:
Once you have installed your Base Key, you will need to activate it within 60 days. Activation is performed from within the product itself. Expansion Keys can be added to a live server team at any time and are tied to their original Base Key. This means you won't be able to install them on any other server team.
Software Maintenance
When you purchase you can chose either a licence with one or two years software maintenance.
After the initial maintenance as purchased with your licence expires, you again have the option to renew this maintenance for either one or two years. We will contact you when you are nearing the end of your maintenance period to ensure you have continuity of cover.
You'll only be eligible for future upgrades if your maintenance subscription remains current.

These range from a single email incident pack to unlimited incident, multi region 24x7 phone support contract. All support options are valid for 12 months from purchase date and are available to purchase through our reseller/distribution partner channel. |
